About H&M Cleaning Services

I would like to take this opportunity to introduce you to H&M Cleaning Services and the services we can provide to our customers.

We have over 15 years experience within the cleaning industry, which has enabled us to work for both large and small cleaning contractors. During this time we have encountered two major problems within the industry. These being that whilst a large cleaning company can offer the knowledge and expertise needed, it cannot offer the friendly personal services wanted. However, a small cleaning company can provide this friendly personal service, but often lacks in the area of knowledge and expertise. We have also discovered a common complaint by failed customers - should a problem occur with the standards of cleaning, they were usually unable to contact anybody to rectify the problem. Even on the rare occasion that someone was contacted, nothing was usually done.

For these reasons, we set up a new company in 1998, with a new approach. We can provide both the friendly personal services wanted, along with the knowledge and expertise needed. We are also contactable 24 hours a day, 7days a week. After all, we are part of a service industry, here to serve you, the customer.
